Garcia, Deputy Commander, Naval Facilities Engineering Command deputy chief of civil engineers, speaks to members of the Aurora Gateway Rotary Club during Denver Navy Week. This will be the fifth Navy Week to be held in Denver, the most of any other city, May 4-10 where events coincide with the 22nd Annual Cinco de Mayo "Celebrate Culture" Festival May 9-10. There are 21 Navy Weeks planned across America in 2009 to increase awareness in cities without a significant Navy presence.
