330-CFD-DM-SD-05-13678:   Hospitalman Luis E. Fonseca, 2004.  The Secretary of the Navy, the Honorable Mr. Gordon R. England congratulates Hospitalman Luis E. Fonseca, Jr., after presenting him with the Navy Cross during a ceremony held by the Flag Pole at Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.  Fonseca was honored for his actions in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom while serving with Amphibious Assault Vehicle (AAV) Platoon (PLT), Company (CO), C, 1st Battalion (BN), 2nd Marines (MAR), Task Force Tarawa, 2nd Marine Expeditionary Force (II MEF).
