Frigates Constellation, President, and brig Argus captured three ships

On September 12, 1804, the frigates Constellation and President captured two ships while attempting to enter Tripoli harbor during the blockade.   Also on that day, the brig Argus and Constellation captured a third vessel attempting to enter the harbor.  Argus would later help in the capture of Derne, Tripoli.
