980304-N-2568S-019: USS Samuel B. Roberts (FFG-58), 1998. Boatswain's Mate 2nd Class Thomas Eckert throws a line out from the fantail of USS Samuel B. Roberts (FFG-58) to his shipmates in a Rigid Hull Inflatable Boat (RHIB). The RHIB pulled the line out to a disabled Iranian fishing boat (not shown) that needs to be towed to shore.
