80-G-344561:  Allied Prisoners of War, 1945.    Major Albert W. Braun, U.S. Army Chaplain, holding divine services aboard ship.  Major Braun was captured by the Japanese at Corregidor on May 5, 1942, but the Japanese allowed him to conduct services in bath houses and Philippine natives helped getting altar supplies for him.  Photograph released September 24, 1945.  Official U.S. Navy photograph, now in the collections of the National Archives.   (2015/11/24).
