Get up close and personal with the PBY Catalina, the most famous flying boat operated by the U.S. Navy during the World War II era. The Museum has peeled back a layer of the venerable aircraft to expose the compartments in which the crew lived and worked. Come aboard and view the controls of the "big boat," peer into the blisters on the fuselage through which downed pilots were pulled to safety, and navigate the seven seas.
