80-G-42768:  Boatswain Arther Wagner, USNR, Navy Cross.   Wagner’s contributions to the assault on and occupation of French Morocco recently earned for Boatswain Arthur Wagner, USNR, the Navy Cross.  He is decorated by Vice Admiral Alexander Sharp, USN, Commander Service Force, U.S. Atlantic Fleet,  August 21, 1943.
