Caption: Assisting in search for a VP-22 P-3B plane that crashed about one mile from the runway at NAS Cubi Point, Subic Bay, while attempting to land. Ten of its fifteen man crew were rescued. Taken 27 June 1979. Note "Boston whaler" boats of the diving team, and superstructure of 65' patrol boat on other side of TR-2.
