A sailor injured during his tour of duty receives medical assistance for his missing lower left arm with a help of a prosthetic. At the time, medical supplies and equipment were in short supply. To test the contact points along his arm in order to be fitted with his own prosthetic, the technician used a right hand, the only one available at the time.
