Biddle (APA-8) are known to have received it, and USS Fuller (APA-7) may also have worn this scheme. This plan, showing the ship's port side, is dated 8 February 1944, and was approved by Captain Logan McKee, USN. Official U.S. Navy Photograph, now in the collections of the National Archives.
