Description: Drawing prepared by the Bureau of Ships for a camouflage scheme intended for escort aircraft carriers of the CVE-9 class. This plan, approved by Captain Logan McKee, USN, is dated 3 February 1944. It shows the ship's starboard side, bow, stern and island ends. USS Copahee (CVE-12) is known to have worn this camouflage design. Official U.S. Navy Photograph, now in the collections of the National Archives.
