Description: Drawing prepared by the Bureau of Ships for a camouflage scheme intended for escort aircraft carriers of the CVE-9 (Bogue) class. This plan, approved by Captain Torvald A. Solberg, USN, is dated 1 July 1944, but is also marked (in the bottom left, in reversed script) as having been approved by Everett Warner (EW) on 4 September 1943 . It shows the ship's port side. Official U.S. Navy Photograph, now in the collections of the National Archives.
