Title: The Arleigh Burke Fleet Trophy
Description: Presented to USS Forster (DER-334) on 19 September 1962. Established in 1962 in honor of former Chief of Naval Operations Admiral Arleigh A. Burke, USN, this award plaque's sculptor was H. de Bellis. Photographed in 1962. In 1971 this trophy was transferred to the collections of the Curator of the Department of the Navy. Official U.S. Navy Photograph, now in the collections of the National Archives.
