![Mr. James S. Capodanno, of Staten Island, New York, holds the Medal of Honor which was awarded posthumously to his brother, Lieutenant Vincent R. Capodanno, a Navy Chaplain. At left is Secretary of the Navy Paul R. Ignatius, who, acting for the President, presented the Medal in a ceremony held at the Washington Navy Yard, Washington, DC, on Tuesday, January 7, 1969.
