Caption: A ship of the Emergency Fleet Corporation's building program (their hull 1188) after launch on 28 December 1918 by Skinner and Eddy Corp. of Seattle (their hull 35). Never in the U.S. Navy, she was torpedoed on 5 May 1943. When surveyed by the Navy for possible World War I service, she was assigned ID number 3924.
