Title: Addie & Carrie
Description: (American Barge, 1884) Photographed prior to her World War I naval service, with name on her bow apparently shortened to just Addie. This barge was acquired by the Navy in about September 1918 and served as USS Addie & Carrie (ID # 3226). Following use as a Navy salvage barge, she was sold on 21 May 1919. The original print is in National Archives' Record Group 19-LCM. U.S. Naval History and Heritage Command Photograph.
