Description: (American Motor Boat, 1912) Photographed by Edwin Levick, New York City, prior to her World War I Naval service. Formerly named Idylease III, this pleasure craft was acquired by the Navy on 25 July 1917 and placed in commission on 11 September of that year as USS Wiwoka (SP-250). She was returned to her owner on 17 January 1919. U.S. Naval History and Heritage Command Photograph.
