Caption: Eighty-six thousand German helmets received here to aid the Victory Loan Campaign. Every purchaser of a ten thousand dollar bond of the Victory Issue received a helmet. Some of the boys who unloaded the helmets at the Bush terminal in Brooklyn being put through the variations of the Goose Step by Lieutenant Williams, 20 February 1919.
