Caption: View of the west side of the slip; in this slip about 15 sub-chasers could be moored. 7 floor of the building with large traveling crane was used as quarters for the men. Lower floor on left was used as a washing room and galley. The wash room was fitted up with scrub tables and 20 shower baths. The building on the right of the picture at the north end of the slips the main office bldg.
