Caption: This emblem was adopted in 1961-62. In the left part of the main shield is the BIDDLE family crest with its lion rampant and "BIDDLE HOOKS opposite this device is a similar crest, with the National Eagle and Tartar Missiles as symbols. The Latin Motto Translated: God is MY Shield".
