Title: Revolutionary War artifacts
Caption: Display at the Philadelphia Maritime museum, in 1963. In right background is a pistol lock recovered from the wreckage of HMS AUGUSTA, sunk in the Delaware River in October 1777. The cannon balls were recovered from the vicinity of mud fort and were probably fired in the AUGUSTA's loss. At right is a link of that chain that was used to block the Hudson river at West Point during the war.
