Caption: Vietnamese Montagnards off load a project "Handclasp" consignment from a U.S. Navy C-47 transport at Dalat Airstrip in the central Vietnam highlands. The aircraft, operated by U.S. Navy Headquarters Support Activity, Saigon, delivered food, clothing, medicine, building material and books donated by Americans, to a re-settled Montagnard tribe which had escaped Viet Cong encirclement.
