Title: Insignia: USS JONAS INGRAM (DD-938)
Caption: The design of this emblem are based upon the arms of Ingram, which are very similar to those of Graham and Ingraham. The eagle is representative of the Federal and U.S. Navy eagles. The upper third of the arms comprises four white stars representing the highest rank of Admiral Ingram on a royal blue field representing the seas. Emblem received in 1971.
