Title: ERSH (Russian submarine, 1917-1931)
Caption: Photographed during launch in 1917 at the Baltic Works in Petrograd. Prime Minister Kerensky is among the party of dignitaries on the conning tower. An incomplete battle cruiser, either IZMAIL or KINBURN (1915-1922), appears in the right background. This vessel became the Soviet RABOTCHY and was accidentally lost in 1931.
