Caption: One of two sister ship (DOZORNI and RAZVEDCHIK, both completed in 1905), in The Baltic Sea before 1914. The other sister may well be just astern. The ship is decorated with birch trees branches in observance of the Holy Trinity Holy Day. These craft were escorts for Imperial Yachts.
