Note the launcher for Oklahoma City's Talos guided missiles, helicopter landing area, and communications antennas mounted at her stern. Large blocks on her deck edge are weights used in the inclining experiment. Ship in the background is USS Somers (DDG-34), which was then being converted to a guided-missile destroyer.
