Title: Chase S. Osborn
Description: (American Tug, 1906) Probably photographed following her World War I Naval service, while owned by the Pringle Barge Line Company of Cleveland, Ohio. Built in 1906 by Johnson Brothers of Ferrysburg, Michigan, this tug was purchased by the Navy on 16 February 1918 and placed in commission on 16 April 1918 as USS Chase S. Osborn (SP-1121). She was sold on 5 August 1921 to the Pringle Barge Line Company. U.S. Naval History and Heritage Command Photograph.
