John Kenney cuts the Birthday Cake for the Marine Corps' 172nd Anniversary at 10:30 PM, 10 November 1947, in the Old Basic Officers' Quarters 17 (now Harry Lee Hall), of the Marine Base, Quantico, Virginia.
