![<p>A rectangular brass box with a crushed detached faceplate. Inside the box is a small rectangular ceramic block with copper strips and screws attached to it. Within the copper strips is two glass tubes called fuses. On each side of the box are raised circular tubes. Located on the right side of the box, is the detached faceplate with eight screw holes.</p>
