Civil War Sea Chest & Cold War Sea Bag
Our museum offers FREE traveling trunks that can be delivered to your school for one week during the school year. Traveling trunks contain detailed guides to using the artifacts in the classroom setting.
Our Civil War Sea Chest contains a variety of Civil War Navy reproductions such as objects, photographs, newspapers, uniforms, and more that you can use to teach the Civil War (with a special focus on the Battle of Hampton Roads) to your students.
Our Cold War Sea Bag contains Navy-related Cold War-era artifacts, photographs, newspaper articles, uniforms, and more. The bag focuses on the Navy's role in the Vietnam War and includes oral histories from local Vietnam veterans.
