Caption: Presents American-donated cloth to a Montagnard woman at Bac Hoi near Dalat in the central Vietnam highlands. The Chaplain led a party from U.S. Navy Headquarters Support Activity, Saigon which delivered more than two tons of project "Handclasp" food, clothing, building materials, medicine and books. The Montagnard community receiving the aid was a tribe which had escaped Viet Cong encirclement.
